A study by the Entertainment Software Association claims that 70% of the biggest US-American employers already use interactive, game-based methods in their training.From simple quizzes to complex tool manipulation, more and more employers are integrating interactive entertainment into their education regiment, with 78% of organizations not currently employing such methods stating they plan to offer it within the next five years. These are high numbers – whether this will be actually implemented remains to be seen. But it certainly demonstrates that serious games are considered to be highly attractive. via Stephen Downes
